Is it safe to cage dive with sharks?

Yes. Shark cage diving takes place inside a specially designed underwater protective cage built for observing sharks safely. These cages are often referred to as “shark-proof” and allow you to view sharks up close while remaining securely enclosed.

Where can you cage dive with sharks?

Adrenaline currently offers shark cage diving on the North Shore of Oahu. This experience takes you several miles offshore to observe sharks in their natural habitat and is one of the most popular wildlife adventures in Hawaii.

Do I need to know how to swim to go cage diving?

No swimming experience is required. The cage remains partially above the water, allowing participants to simply submerge their head when viewing the sharks without needing to swim.
