    Fitness and Experience

    • Guest must know how to swim
    • Guest must be at least 6 year old to parasail or banana boat ride
    • Ages 4-13: Cannot drive; may ride as a passenger with someone 18+ who meets ID and safety requirements.
    • Ages 14-17: Can drive if accompanied by someone 18+ who meets ID and safety requirements.
    • Ages 16-17: Can operate solo if they meet ID and Boater Safety Test requirements and a parent is present at check-in.
    • Ages 18+: Must have a valid ID and either be born before 1988 or pass the Boater Safety Test.
    • Max 3 people per jet ski, combined weight limit of 460 lbs (225 kg).

    Check-in Requirements:
    • Credit Card & ID: Must bring the credit card used for purchase, along with matching government-issued photo ID.
    • Photo ID: All guests 18+ must have a valid government-issued photo ID. Ages 16-17 need valid ID with birthdate to operate a jet ski.

    Boater Safety:

    • Born in 1988 or after? Complete the Boater Safety Test or present a Florida Boater Safety License.
    • Must speak sufficient English to follow instructions and read labels without assistance.
    **Alcohol won't be served until the activity is complete

  • Cancellation Policy
    • You must cancel or reschedule with the Experience Provider at least 48 hours before your booking time to qualify for a credit, refund, or a change to a new date/time.
    • If you do not provide 48 hours’ notice to the Experience Provider, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
    • The Experience Provider’s contact details will be available at the top of your Booking Confirmation once your Adrenaline booking is confirmed.
