Trackcorp Adrenalin Pty Ltd dba Adrenaline Inc (“Adrenaline”) respects your privacy, and has written this Privacy Policy to govern the relationship between you, us, and the use of your data. 2. Your Personal Information
The personal information we collect and store will depend on what products and services you request from us. This includes (but is not limited to) information provided when requesting an adventure booking, gift voucher, gear and/or membership. Our sites registration form requests users’[which includes third party personal information where applicable collected as described below] to give us contact and profile information such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, medical conditions and dietary requirements. We also collect Billing Information such as credit card number. Some of the requested information is required in order to receive the Adrenaline product or service; other information is optional. The third party personal information will only be used for the sole purpose to facilitate the one-time completion of the transaction that is the primary purpose for which the information was collected. Adrenaline does not store this information after completing this one-time transaction.
3. Account Security
Never share your password with anyone. Adrenaline will never send an e-mail requesting that you provide us with your account login information. If you receive such an e-mail, immediately discard it. Do not click on any of the links in it, as it is not from us.
If you believe that your account has been compromised, please report it to us immediately and provide us with as much detail as possible.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Adrenaline may deal with third party websites which may link to your account information on our server, or vice versa. Examples of these may include Facebook applications which permit linking to our website. We are not affiliated with these third party websites such as Facebook and do not endorse or take responsibility for any of the content or actions of the third party. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit. You agree to hold harmless Adrenaline for any damages arising from your use of third party websites.
6. Data Storage
Where we store your personal information depends on what products and services you have requested from Adrenaline. Data is stored in our CRM for the use of processing transactions, providing order confirmations and dispatching products. Information provided in customer feedback forms is also stored on this system. We also maintain an email database for subscribers to our monthly e-newsletters. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page or you can contact us at action@adrenaline365.com.
7. Right to Disclose
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping your order or offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. If you become aware of any person who holds an account with Adrenaline who is under thirteen years of age, please report them to us immediately. We have a policy of refusing and deleting data from anybody less than thirteen years of age.
